As a Procurement Professional, Shane brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to organisations that are looking to extract greater value out of their procurement activity and supply chain. He effectively uses a wide range of skills and experience that he has developed from his previous management and consulting roles.

Shane’s capabilities extend beyond Procurement, with skills gained from a number of previous management roles (including financial and management accounting, operations management) in large corporates including KPMG, Fletcher Forests and Carter Holt Harvey. This has provided him with a wealth of knowledge and insight into large-scale business solutions, enabling him to provide direction to businesses in identifying change and cost reductions across their operations.

Since joining Management Toolbox in 2005, Shane has completed a range of assignments at both strategic and tactical level, including category and process reviews, cost-reduction initiatives, and targeted negotiations with suppliers.
