Rob has worked on, and led, a number of business improvement implementation projects; including the relocation of entire business units, business contingency planning and the scoping of new technology systems and processes. He has managed a busy inbound/outbound call centre with high customer contact and held the role of Process Improvement Manager with a busy agency, focusing specifically on customer fulfilment processes.
Rob’s strengths are in process mapping and project management and an ability to work collaboratively with clients, sharing knowledge and building effective relationships. Rob has a very good broad IT knowledge in both applications and networks.
