Rob specialises in business process improvement and project management. Rob brings 25 years experience in operations management and quality management having worked with industry leaders such as UEB, Fisher and Paykel and Datamail.

After graduating with a B.Sc. in Physics and Chemistry from Auckland University Rob’s career has been focused on achieving operational excellence. His conceptual understanding of production methodologies and quality assurance theory have been developed and enhanced by practical experience resulting in exceptional analytical and problem solving ability.

As an Operations Manager, Rob has gained a complete understanding of business processes having managed all aspects of operations from customer service and order processing, software development, procurement and warehousing through to manufacturing and despatch. His areas of specialist industry knowledge include mailing and postage, digital printing, document scanning and archival, software development and manufacturing of electronic circuit boards.
