Practice Lead - Productivity Improvement
Much of Michael’s previous career was in the dairy industry, both in New Zealand and offshore. He has extensive experience across a number of disciplines including Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Systems, Operations Management, Strategic Planning, Business Development and Key Account Management.
Having worked on the factory floor, in the Boardroom and face to face with customers in several different countries, Michael brings a hands-on understanding of the many facets of business to his work.
Prior to working with Management Toolbox, Michael consulted on his own behalf and with a consultancy focussed on improving the performance of people and their organisations. He brings a strong systematic and process-driven approach to solving business problems.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Technology with Honours in Biotechnology (Massey University) and was twice published for his work in this field. He has also completed a range of management and professional development training including the General Management programme through INSEAD.
