Ross Darrah established Management Toolbox Limited in 1999, to support companies implementing procurement strategies. The company concentrates on the Total Cost of Ownership methodology and on building enduring relationships with suppliers based on appropriate sourcing strategies and frameworks.

Ross was previously the Procurement Director for Fletcher Challenge Building Products Sector (a group of six companies with an external spend of $500 million). He was responsible for leading a virtual team of procurement professionals, developing and implementing a procurement strategy.

Prior to Fletcher Challenge, Ross worked for Lion Nathan for 4 years in various positions from Financial Controller to Supply Chain Manager. In addition, he has had 10 years of international experience working in the United Kingdom, Australia and Vanuatu for leading companies such as Swiss Bank Corporation, Royal Life Insurance and Hasbro Bradley Limited.

Ross is a regular presenter at New Zealand conferences and at international events such as the Annual International Supply Management Conference (ISM) in the United States and ISM conference in Philadelphia.
