Steve has successfully led medium and large organisations in NZ and Australia from difficult or loss making circumstances, to be the best and biggest in their industry.

He has excellent skills in Governance and Leadership at all levels, has managed many acquisitions and divestments in NZ and Australia, and is experienced with private, public and North American ownership.  As either a CEO or MD he has been responsible for companies ranging in turnover from $20 million to $800 million.

Steve is also an experienced international facilitator, Business Coach, and Mentor.  He brings wisdom, clarity, direction, and the confidence to successfully make change, to organisations that need to recover or make better progress.
